Gillian Cummings-Beck joined Taylor Morrison, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders and developers in March 2020 and currently serves as their Vice-President of Risk Management. Her passion for risk management emerged when she was introduced to the field while working for Chico’s FAS, the women’s retailer where she eventually became their Director of Insurance and Risk Management. “The Risk Management field allows me to work in all the areas I enjoy; legal, finance, operations, and strategy. Who could ask for more?”

Prior to working in the private sector, Gillian worked for the Department of Defense for about twenty years as a member of the Civil Service. Her last assignment was as the Deputy Comptroller for Naval Special Warfare Group One (the Navy SEALS) in San Diego.

She currently serves as the Secretary for the Tampa Bay Chapter of RIMS, volunteers with Junior Achievement, and is a past member of the Board of Trustee of Hodges University.

Gillian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude), and a Master of Legal Studies (Summa Cum Laude).
