Matt Fisher
Pike Electric
Matt Fisher is Senior Vice President for Pike Electric, LLC. In his role, Matt is responsible for Pike’s business in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, which includes management of approximately 2,400 linemen, foremen, administrative personnel, and their respective supervision.
The Pike family of companies is a leading provider of utilities solutions to over 300 investor-owned, municipal and cooperative utilities in the United States, including 22 in Florida. Pike Electric has an extensive list of comprehensive services, which include facilities planning and siting, permitting, engineering, design, installation and maintenance of electric, gas and communication infrastructure. Pike Electric prides itself in its expertise in powering innovations, while delivering solutions safely and with integrity for over 75 years.

As an operational and safety leader, Matt has worked to build a culture focused on ensuring that every individual on a crew, regardless of their title or position, feels empowered to ask questions and speak up if something doesn’t seem right. He has championed programs that emphasize “Good Catches” and has focused on developing training on best practices given the wide-ranging backgrounds of Pike’s employees.
Previously, Matt held the role of Vice President of Special Projects, where he was responsible for Pike’s work with cybersecurity initiatives, international opportunities, and other strategic business development efforts. Matt began his career at Pike in 2009 in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Matt holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
